If you want AI to help with your email, it has to be able to see the email.

HubSpot now lets you log that an email was sent without storing what it said. Zach Hussion wasn't sold: "There's not a ton you can do with that, I don't think." He also shared a story about a client that left HubSpot after a security audit, so the people who need this are real.

My take: "this is where the old systems and the old ways are going to fall away." If this is the blocker keeping you out of HubSpot, take the baby step, and then ask the next question: "What's the point of storing this email now? Somebody please ask that question."
