Audit the workflows that only move data before per-action pricing

Paying per workflow action intimidates me as a big workflow user. Then I thought about how many portals have workflows someone built five years ago, still running in the background because if it's not broke, don't fix it.

Breeze put it well when Chris read it out: "Paying for work can make sense. Paying for unnecessary repetition, surprise, doesn't."

So here's the one thing I'd do this week. Go through your workflows and find the ones that are just pushing data around. Chris's idea is to switch those to sync properties or associate the records instead 🫠
