The usual mentality is if it's not broke, don't fix it. I get it, and I hear it a lot: our process is good, I don't need AI yet.

Here is what I took from the conversation with Lauren: "AI is breaking processes whether you want it to or not." Learn a new landing page builder and all of a sudden you have to rethink a process you thought was working just fine.

People say the same about models: "I'm good with the one that I've got." The change is coming to you either way, so it helps to choose how you meet it.
