Flexible defaults for account cleanup: an audit tool for the portal you just inherited

Account cleanup did not work for me at first. When it came out it was so rigid that it did not make sense for most of my clients.

Flexible defaults change that. With more options, it starts to fit. It is in private beta at the Enterprise level.

I use it more for audit than for automation. If you inherit an older portal with a lot of lingering stuff, it shows you how many draft landing pages are just creating noise. You cannot always delete assets willy-nilly, so seeing the pile first is the useful part.
