Here is a question any team can ask Breeze: "Was any value created in this HubSpot portal yesterday?"

The answer was yes to documented improvements delivered, not yet to beneficiary confirmed value realized. Delivery versus realized value.

In other words, we did some stuff for a client and the client has not confirmed it was valuable. "it's good that we document that we can see we're doing stuff. But it's important to feel the other side of it, too."
