Records created in a workflow can now be used, with their properties, in later actions of that same workflow. Public beta, professional and enterprise. The old pattern was chaining: create the contact in one workflow, then set a checkbox on it so a second workflow picks it up. Read the updates every day and you notice how many properties you built only as bridges, and how fast an update like this makes them pointless.
