Legacy score properties stopped updating on October 3, 2025. What is coming now is removal: the values and the scoring rules go away and are no longer visible in customer portals. If you still care what those scores held, the move is small. Take a couple of screenshots, send them to your AI tool of choice, and ask it to make a document on what you used to use. Rebuilding legacy scoring in the new tool is rarely the right call.
