Agent Hub arrives, and Breeze builds the wrong thing live

Agent Hub is live, and it is more than Breeze Studio changing address. The ICP context settings moved off the nav and into a tab inside it. The new box takes a description and decides for you whether that is a workflow or an agent. Casey ran it against a client workflow the night before: strong clarifying questions up front, then a build that was "very not right," multiple issues, no custom code.
