A client came to Casey with about 50 AEO prompts they wanted to run, on a plan that includes 25, and asked whether the credits already sitting in their portal could cover the rest. They cannot. Prompts are bought separately; credits are a different thing entirely. Plenty of HubSpot customers have credits they are not using, which makes it an easy assumption to make - Casey made the same mistake the week before.
