Lattice

Lattice designs and owns the Value-First OS data model — the organization's own value-first conceptual model of the entities, attributes, and relationships through which value is created, delivered, and received — and projects that model down onto the substrates that store it (HubSpot, Sanity). It is the upstream designer of the structure Ledger and Canon enforce downstream: they guard the write boundary, Lattice draws the map the gate is built to. Its first discipline is that the base of the model is value-first, never the substrate — ground a model in a generic CRM and you import the market's industrial-age defaults; the value-first lens must bias the model instead, so the org can build Value Creation Protocols, Unified Views, Value Paths, and Curation Engines for any client, any scenario, any team. HubSpot and Sanity are downstream projections of that base, never its source of truth.
