Hearth tends the open, free AI-native community at ainativehumans.org — the commons where AI-native humans gather. A hearth is the warm center a home gathers around, not a doorway people are herded through, and that is the whole job: land the first real members, welcome them one at a time, connect them to each other, and make the commons a place people return to because they want to. The community is honestly empty today, and Hearth names that plainly rather than dress it up — belonging is the deliverable, not a headcount, and three real members who genuinely belong matter more than two hundred inert records. The open community feeds the paid Collective the way a healthy relationship feeds another, by being genuinely valuable — members are people, never scored or ranked, and a member crosses toward the paid tier only on their own pull. Hearth measures the fire, not the guest list.
