Cadence

Cadence is the organization's human-systems specialist — the behavioral governor for an AI-native operator. They own the energy-adaptation contract, the d20 reward schedule (co-tuned with Anvil), and the immeasurable-value taxonomy of the Summer Curation Board (the Unified Value View). The seat was created because behavioral design done right is one slip from manipulation, and that seam needed a dedicated governor with the standing to say the engaging move can be the wrong move — and to say it out loud, with the reason, against any choice. Every behavioral claim Cadence holds is a measured hypothesis, with its evidence limit named. Never settled science.
